Wayfair Supreme Court Decision Puts Aside Physical Presence
The US Supreme Court issued its decision in South Dakota v. Wayfair reversing Quill's physical presence requirement. This decision will have a sweeping impact on both businesses that sell to out-of-state customers and on CPA consulting and compliance practices that will try to help clients navigate the murky waters left by this decision.
