State Tax Update
During the past two years, Georgia has enacted new laws and revised its revenue regulations with an eye toward improving efficiency and increasing revenues. These changes also reflect a nationwide trend in how state governments are responding to rapid changes in technology and business models. This session examines the recent nexus decisions and statutory amendments affecting nexus, income tax law changes, sales tax law changes, and audit and compliance initiatives.
